The olive trees varieties composing our oil- Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, San Felice (local)- are often very old. Their fruits are picked up by hand from the month of October so as to obtain oil of the highest quality. In fact it’s rich in antioxidants and equilibrated in its content of essential fat acids so with real positive effects on human HEALTH. We have choosen not to filter it to serve intact all these characteristics and also its deep green, its intense fragrancy. It’s perfect when raw with soups, cereal soups, salads.
